It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our father Onesmus J. Njiru which occurred on 06/20/20 in Dracut, MA, after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest. He was a loving husband to Felicia Njiru and caring father to three daughters; Anne Njiru, Janice Njiru, and Connie Njiru.
Loving Grandfather to Nia, Mackena, Mila, and Sifa of Kenya, and two grandchildren living in the USA; Malaika and Julian. He was a father-in-law to George Kuria residing in Kenya.
Mr. O, as he was fondly called by all his close friends, was a well known and beloved man throughout the Kenyan community in Massachusetts. He would always go out of his way to help when needed. The family wishes to accord their loving Father a befitting send-off in this land far from home, and they are humbly reaching out to the community to help in offsetting the funeral expenses to a total of $25,000.
