Reena Cheruiyot, a Kenyan lady in Dallas Texas was involved in a car crash on Saturday 22nd October at around 7am.
Speaking to Jamhuri News, Neema Moseti, her close friend said Reena, a resident of Irving Texas was headed home on Dallas tollway when the accident happened and she was rushed to Medical center of Plano where she’s still undergoing treatment.
Reena’s hand was badly crushed, killing the nerves. The doctors say she can never have any control of that hand again and will eventually lose her fingers. They continue to monitor her at the facility.
Ms. Cheruiyot is seeking financial assistance from friends and the community to cater for her hospital bills and physical therapy as well as personal bills for the time she will not be working. She’s also asking for prayers to help her come to terms with her current situation.
