Massachusetts family is seeking financial support in aid of 7-yr-old boy with rare cancer

In March 2017, seven-year-old Adrian of Abington, Massachusetts was diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. This is a very rare type of cancerous tumor that is commonly found in the adrenal glands and affects infants or children under 10.

Adrian is at Stage 4 of this deadly disease. This means cancer has spread (metastasized) to other parts of the body. He has undergone 5 cycles of chemotherapy and other treatments. The cost of treatment has put the family under great financial strain as they wait for Adrian to undergo yet another phase of treatment expected to last 6 months.

Adrian’s parents are financially overwhelmed and are extending a plea to the community for help. The family, organizing committee, friends, and well-wishers have organized a prayer and fundraising event to be held on March 25, 2018, from 4 pm to 7 pm at the Disabled American Veterans (DAV), 788 Liberty Street, Braintree MA 02184.
