White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci has resigned.
The news comes only 11 days after he got hired. The White House has faced numerous resignations in the past week, with press secretary Sean Spicer and Chief of Staff Reince Priebus opting out too.
Immediately after being hired, Scaramucci made headlines for his scathing, profanity-laced critique of the chief of staff to a reporter, but according to sources, this is not the reason why he offered his resignation.
