4, 000 Kenyans have since January bought multi-million luxurious vehicles

Talking about hard financial times since the year started?

Well, this is not the case for an estimated 4, 123 Kenyans who have since January bought brand new world’s high-end vehicles worth millions of money.

According to Latest data from the Kenya Motor Industry Association, reports the Star, a total of 4,123 brand new vehicles have been sold locally since the beginning of the year.

Since January to May, the data further shows, two Bentley Bentaygas – a vehicle with an engine capacity of 6,000cc is $265,000 (Sh27.2 million) and could go much higher depending on customization have been sold.

In addition, uncommon luxury vehicles, 7 Jaguars, and 26 Porsches have been sold within the first five months of the year.

Of the seven Jaguars bought, two of them- XF 2.0 GTDi Prestige, $89,930 (Sh9.1 million).

Others are Jaguar E-pace 2.0L Diesel Auto S which goes for at least Sh7 million and two Jaguar F-Pace 3.0 R-Sport whose starting price is Sh8.5 million.

Two others which have been sold are Jaguar XE Prestige with a starting price of Sh6.4 million and a Jaguar XF 2.2L Diesel Portfolio with a starting price of Sh8.3 million.

Of the 26 Porsche’s sold, three of them are; Cayenne S which has a starting price of Sh14.4 million, 22 Cayenne V6 (Sh9.5 million) and one Macan GTS (Sh11.4 million).

Luxurious Mercedes Benz G63 AMG which has a starting price of Sh23.4 million is also among luxurious vehicles sold since the beginning of the year.
