Death announcement of Winnie Wangui Kabue of Lowell, MA

The late Winnie Kabue of Lowell, MA.

It is with great sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Winnie Wangui Kabue of Lowell MA.

Winnie, 26, was a daughter of Mr. Samuel Kahara and Mrs. Rosemary Kahara both of Lowell, MA. She was a beloved sister to Jean Kabue and Beatrice Njoroge both of Nairobi, Kenya. She was a niece to Emily and Paddy Mwembu of California.

She was a dedicated member of St. Michael Catholic Church, Lowell. The Kenyan Catholic Comunity will remember Winnie as a committed parishioner who loved participating in the liturgy, and for her efforts in coordinating church events.

Winnie passed away on August 15, at Lowell General Hospital after a short illness.

Prayers are being held Daily at 7 pm at 130 Bowers Street, Lowell, MA 01851.

There will be a mass dedicated to Winnie at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 543 Bridge St. Lowell MA, on Sunday, August 19 at 12:30pm. A funeral fundraiser will follow immediately at the church hall, at 2pm.

The funeral mass and viewing will be held on Tuesday, August 21st 2018 at the same church.

10:00am: Viewing

11:00am: Mass 

1:00pm: Procession to St. Joseph Cemetery, 96 Riverneck Rd. E. Chelmsford, MA 01821.
