Friends and relatives are meeting daily for funeral arrangements at St. Stephens Church, 279 West 6th street, Lowell, from 6PM to 8PM. Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, August 11, 2019, at PCEA Neema Church, 201 Coburn St, Lowell, Starting at 3PM.
