NASA is planning to swear in Raila Odinga on Tuesday at Moi Stadium in Kisumu, Gatundu South legislator Moses Kuria claims.

Kuria further notes that Justice Richard Otieno Kwach will administer the presidential oath to Raila.

After his swearing-in, Raila, says Kuria, will proceed to take over State House, Kisumu.

“NASA [is] planning to swear in Raila Odinga at Moi Stadium Kisumu. Justice Richard Otieno Kwach to conduct swearing-in. He will then move with his supporters and storm State House, Kisumu,” he posted on his facebook page.

On Friday, ODM Executive Director Oduor Ong’wen said the venue for the event will be announced on Sunday.

He added that they are still deliberating on the venue which is accessible to all Kenyans.

“All the counties that passed the motion have made requests to host the historic event,” he told the Star.

What’s not clear is if Raila will be sworn-in as the President or as the leader of People’s Assembly.

He said after the coronation, NASA will embark on setting a new date for fresh elections.

“What we are simply saying is that come Tuesday, many activities will be happening. We shall have motions to deliberate upon. The swearing-in of leaders is among the many activities that will take place.

If IEBC shall not have put a new regime in place, we shall be forced to go the separation way. Let it be made clear that it is the prevailing dictatorship in the country that has pushed us this far. We are not ready to back down.”
