Kenyans in Massachusets are invited to the second installment of the Massachusetts Black and Latino Legislative Caucus’ (MBLLC) statewide listening tour that begins next week. The 2017 State Budget Listening Tour will take place in Chelsea, Randolph, and Worcester and will focus on both informing the public of the FY18 State Budget process, as well as collecting public input on the budget programs most impacting Black and Latino communities. The Tour stops include Chelsea (4/10), Randolph (4/11), and Worcester (4/12).
