Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has maintained that with the current political between Jubilee and NASA, Raila Odinga could be headed for exile as a fugitive or the ICC.

In a short facebook post on Monday evening, the legislator said Raila has resorted to using “extra legal means” to stop Thursday’s repeat elections.

And this, he said, could send him to exile or land him at the International Criminal Court (ICC).

He said the same way Raila petitioned the Supreme Court and August polls were nullified, he should have done consulted them to pronounce themselves on his “irreducible minimums”.

“If Supreme Court nullified an entire election, what was so difficult for Raila to go back to the same judges and ask them to pronounce themselves on the so called ‘irreducible minimum’?” posed Kuria.

Kuria added Raila’s resort to street protest two days before the polls will open a new chapter of his life.

“This man [Raila] is headed straight to either exile as a fugitive or to the ICC. Keep this post,” he added.

In yet another post, the Gatundu South lawmaker described the NASA leader as one who has graduated from an opposition leader to a “rebel leader.”

“With the closing of the campaigns Raila Odinga tonight graduates from leader of opposition to a rebel leader. The same fate that befell Riek Machar will befall him.”

Raila has said he does not recognize Thursday as a repeat poll day.

His supporters will be protesting on that day.

He has also said that should President Uhuru be declared winner in Thursday’s poll, he will not recognize it and he will not contest the outcome at the Supreme Court either; he will deal with it politically.
