Raila Odinga book author Babior resurfaces, quits writing

The controversial author Newton Ochieng’ aka Babior, has decided to give up writing.

Mr. Babior said his last book to write was the one he wrote about the Opposition leader Raila Odinga, titled The Raila Conspiracy.

His father Dalmas Ong’ele said he talked to his son and he had told him that he was no longer going to be an author following what befell him a fortnight ago.

The author had been missing for five days. According to his report, he was allegedly abducted by unknown persons who beat and dumped him at a place unknown to him.

“A Good Samaritan picked him up and took him to Guru Nanak Hospital where he was treated and discharged on July 6.” said his father.

“I would like to thank everyone for praying for me during hard times. The Raila conspiracy will be my last book. I just want to announce that I have resigned from writing,” he wrote on social media.
