Green card lottery application for DV-2019 has opened yet again after a technical hitch that halted the process. All previous applications submitted before October 18 were nullified and the process that started again on October 18 requires fresh submissions. For those who had applied for DV2019 before Oct 18, resubmitting will NOT be considered as a double entry.
