Following the cancellation of comedian Eric Omondi’s “Wife Material Show”, a Ugandan girl who was among the participants has refused to go back home.

All the other participants from Tanzania and Uganda have returned home following the cancellation of the unscripted show which landed Omondi behind bars last week.

The Ugandan girl is known as “Nadiator” and she describes herself as the ‘Ugandan butter’.

On Sunday, Omondi shared a video of him and the Ugandan girl while heading out to Kitengela to hang out.

He said that she has refused to go back to Uganda even as all the other participants bid Kenya goodbye.

“Everyone has gone home…This one has refused to go home?????????? @_nadiator,” he captioned the video.

A quick scroll through her Nadiator’s Instagram page speaks of a woman who is not new to controversy and one who seems to care less about the opinions people have about her.

“Wife Material Show” was cancelled in its second season which had participants from Tanzania and Uganda.

The Kenya Film and Classification Board (KFCB) CEO Dr Ezekiel Mutua said the show was explicit and immoral.

He accused Omondi of violating the provisions of the Films and Stage Plays Act by producing and distributing unauthorised films dubbed “Wife Material.”

When he was released on a Ksh50,000 cash bail on Friday, Omondi reached out to Mutua and said that he agrees with him that content does not have to be dirty.

He also apologized to Kenyans for the show.

Mutua said that he will only let it go with Omondi if he pulls down all the content about the Wife Material Show from online platforms.
