“I know for certain that Kisumu County will be a better place and leap into the future with you steering it,” she said in the video that has gone viral.
In particular, she quipped that the arts industry was bent to flourish in the county with her father as Governor, because he has acknowledged the importance of art industry given her daughter’s advancement in life all credited to art.
“I for one will be excited that with you as governor, Kisumu can become a centre for excellence for the arts because you love the arts and culture,” Lupita reckoned.
She pointed out that she has seen a lot infrastructural development in her native backyard and certainly, her dad chipped in greatly to see it become a reality.
