A video of a smartly dressed young man charging Ksh10 to give direction to various places in Nairobi CBD has awed Kenyans.

The young man donned in a blazer, a shirt, a tie, and a pair of nice-looking trousers holds a poster that advertises his services.

“Usipotee tao, uliza directions hapa. Ni 10 bob pekee (sic),” the poster reads.

He is stationed a few meters outside the National Archives in the CBD.

He orally explains it in a hilarious tone, with an easy smile spreading across his cheeks.

The young man adds, “Don’t get lost in town, I am a compass direction you can trust. At only KSh 10, I will show you all the directions,” he hilariously said.

He seems unbothered by the curious onlookers, who can’t help but stare at him in utter surprise.

While it has entertained many, it has brought out the creativity among Kenyan youth wallowing in unemployment.

Dr King’ori of NTV’s Wicked Edition lauded the young man saying this was a significant step into addressing unemployment through creativity.

“Me if you ask me, in this world right now and the way getting a job has become hard… This is creativity. If you meet boys, promote him or add something to his idea to be better. I’m a big fan of simple but great ideas… Have you ever heard the idea of that guy from Gikosh from Gumboots? he posed.
