We will not hesitate to take you to The Hague, Devolution Cabinet Secretary Mwangi Kiunjuri has warned NASA Chief Raila Odinga.

Speaking on Saturday in Maralal, Samburu County, Kiunjuri said they have the International Criminal Court (ICC) personnel following the political goings on in the country.

He said hardline position by Raila that there will be no election on October 26-date set by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), will cost him is life at the ICC.

“I want to remind Raila Odinga that we have detectives. Even at this moment, we know what Raila and his friends are doing,” said the Kiunjuri as reported by NTV.

He added that “we have called the ICC; detective are here. We are investigating Kenyans and we are also investigating what he is doing.

I want to tell Raila Odinga, we shall not hesitate to take you to The Hague. If you are willing to spend the remaining part of your life at The Hague, you will stay at the Hague.”

The CS said should NASA remain adamant and boycott October 26 repeat polls and poll violence erupts, “haki ya mungu Raila lazima ataenda hague (I swear to God, Raila must go to Hague).”

Raila insists he will boycott repeat polls if there are no reforms at the IEBC before October 26.

He has furnished the IEBC with a list of “irreducible minimum” requirements which include sacking some IEBC officials including CEO Ezra Chiloba, auditing the commission’s ICT infrastructure and using another firm to print Presidential ballot papers other than Al Ghurair.
