Wiper Party boss Kalonzo Musyoka’s eldest son Kennedy Musyoka has finally broken the ice.

He shot into the limelight after he was nominated to the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) by his party sparking a storm in Parliament.

In an interview with Daily Nation, 30-year old Musyoka described himself as his own man who does not like being compared to his father.

He says that even before he was nominated by Wiper, he went through due process and faced a 23- member Wiper panel for his name to be on the nomination list.

“I faced a panel of 23 interviewers. It was the most intimidating experience I have ever had. They went out of their way to challenge and grill me,” he notes.

He said he has been working with Wiper Party and his professionalism in how he handles the party matters could have attributed to his nomination.

“I have been consulting for Wiper Party for a while now. Something I immensely enjoy. I have been making my own contribution in strategy and I believe that is how I ended up with the nomination,” says he.

Kennedy is a University graduate from New Castle in New South Wales, Australia where he studied International Affairs, Politics, and Public Policy.

He also holds a law degree from the University of Nairobi.

He adds that should his nomination sail through, he will represent Kenya’s interest in EALA.
