YouTuber Mungai Eve and her boyfriend, Director Trevor are basking in the glory of riches at a young age thanks to the giant video platform.

They recently disclosed that they earn Ksh1.5 million per month from their content on YouTube.

Mungai and her boyfriend, who run the YouTube page, have 150,000 subscribers.

For this young couple, it never was a dull moment venturing into vlogging as a career.

Their first check was Ksh100,000 when they started, much more than what many successful YouTubers got after their first month of vlogging.

“We got to YouTube in December and that first month we made Ksh100,000,” Trevor disclosed.

Eve says she is happy because YouTube rewards hard work based on content and many subscribers.

“The more views you get the more the revenue increases. What I get this month may not be the same amount next month,” she explained.

The couple has managed to make more money every month due to more views on their past content.

“There is a reason why we post three videos in a day,” Trevor added.

“We make at least Ksh700,000 in the last 48 hours (based on the three videos per day formula).”

The channel gives the unscripted real-life experiences of youths from informal settlements.
