A Supreme Court justice Jackton Ojwang on Wednesday said the petitioner Mr. Raila Odinga, failed to prove his case.
Giving his reasons, the judge pointed that the petitioner only made claims based on the transmission of results and not the voting process.
”I am opinion the majority decision fails to resonate with the Constitution and the law,” he said.
The judge said that voters did their job without a challenge in marking the ballots and that the poll was secure, transparent and free.
While Ojwang pointed that the election had minor errors, he also argued that Raila’s petition was based on weak grounds and lacked sufficient evidence.
