American pop star Beyonce Knowles has seemingly developed a soft spot for Kenyan creative and is in turn, giving them Kenyan brands mileage on her website.

The renowned superstar has featured Kenyan brands among other black-owned entities and they are set to gain big from the funds she rakes in from her song Black Parade.

Black Parade features a necklace of business run by people of colour ranging from cosmetics, fashion, restaurants, bars, art, design, home and living.

This is just a way to promote these ventures through BeyGood Foundation Black Business Impact Fund.

Mutua Matheka, a Kenyan artist and photographer is among the lucky ones to have his art and design featured by Beyonce.

“I just found myself on Beyoncé’s website (actually someone sent me a screengrab on Instagram). I am shaken up. Please buy my work before I am untouchable,” Matheka tweeted on Sunday.

He added that his dream is to see the world through the lenses and narrate his ideas through photography across the country and African cities by extension.

“I see myself as an artist using photography as a medium to see the world and convey my thoughts,” he stated.

Others are Adele Dejak fashion line, Anayngo Mpinga (fashion), AVIDO (fashion), Jiamini (fashion), El Afrique (fashion), Moyo by Bibi (fashion) and Wazawazi (fashion).
