NASA co-Principal Kalonzo Musyoka has dismissed rumors circulating on social media platforms that his wife, Pauline Kalonzo is dead.
On Wednesday, he called in from Germany at Mbaitu FM, a Kamba radio station where he trashed the rumors
He explained that his wife is not dead but she is still unwell.
Kalonzo said Pauline is still undergoing treatment.
The Wiper Party leader has been missing from the political scene for a while due to his wife’s illness.
A few weeks ago, NASA leaders Raila Odinga, Moses Wetangula and Turkana Governor Josephat Nanok travelled to Germany to visit Kalonzo and his ailing wife.
Pauline previously worked at the Central Bank of Kenya.
Before she flew to Germany for specialized treatment, she had been admitted at a city hospital earlier in the year.
It is not yet known what the former VP’s wife is ailing from. Details of her illness have been kept a secret from the public.
