Police in Nairobi have launched a manhunt for two women suspected to be part of a criminal gang drugging men and making away with their valuables in clubs along Thika Road.

The women are believed to be part of gang which includes men who are drive away vehicle they steal from the revelers after they are drugged.

A businessman who requested not to be named narrated his ordeal.

He said he was approached by two good looking ladies at a corner where he had sat. They engaged him and before he knew it, his Prado TX was gone.

“I was seated at the counter of the club when two women politely approached me and asked if they could join me which I agreed,” he told the Star.

He found himself at a pathetic lodging in Githurai 44 late in the night after coming to.

He reported the matter at Kiamumbi Police Station. His phone and wallet were also missing.

He says he has no recollection of what happened after sitting with the ladies at the club.

“I have scanty recollection of what happened to me due to the effects of the drug they spiked in my drink. All I remember is that we engaged in small talk with the women who for a moment seemed entertaining.”

The man was mysteriously convinced by the two ladies to disclose his ATM Pin and the two ladies were captured by CCTV making withdraw in one of the ATM machines at Mountain Mall located along Thika Road.

They withdrew sh21, 000 and a man joined them when they were making the withdrawal.

Police reports indicate cases of men being drugged while reveling at Thika Road nightclubs and their vehicles stolen has been on the rise.cie are

The images of the two women have been shared widely in social media platforms and police are asking anyone with information regarding the two to present it.
