Gareth is wanted by UK’s taxman UK’s tax authority, HM Revenue and Customs for Sh14.86 billion tax fraud.

The tax man, according to Business Daily, says Johnson “is part of an 18-person crime gang member” believed to be hiding in Nairobi, Mombasa or Dar Es Salaam.

His father is currently in prison.

He was arrested in July in Dubai after travelling from Mombasa on a false passport.

The two, father and son left Britain last year in March after a UK Court ordered them to pay repay Sh14.86 billion of their criminal proceeds or face an extra 14 years in jail.

They opted to escape other than serve the jail term.

The statement further added that Gareth should serve a 26-years jail term for his wrong doings.

UK had promised a handsome financial reward to anyone with information regarding Gareth’s whereabouts.
