Radio personality and comedian Felix Fabian Odiwour Otuch alias Jalango is planning on venturing into politics in 2022.
His focus is on the Lang’ata Parliamentary seat currently held by Jubilee’s Nixon Korir.
“I am 35 years now with my next birthday on the 27th of April. These are probably my last five years on radio. I will be 40 years then, what else will I be doing? Let me give back and that is why I will be vying,” he recently said in an interview.
To live up to his dream, he enrolled for a Community Development course at Daystar University to help him understand how to relate with his constituents once elected an MP.

He said the course will help him manage better the resources that come with the office of the MP.
“I chose community development because as the MP for Lang’ata constituency I have to be able to take care of community matters.”
“I am graduating in 2019, it will be lit for days. The day I graduate this town will not sleep. I have achieved all these [successes] without having a degree, imagine what I am about to do once I get it,” he said in a comical tone.
Jalang’o is one of the highest paid emcee and radio presenter. He says his success is as a result of his resilience, clamour to ascend higher in life and courage and believing in self.
