Gun used in Supreme Court Judge Philomena Mwilu driver’s shooting recovered, two arrested

The firearm used to shoot at  Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu’s vehicle injuring her driver has been recovered.

The gun was recovered in Dandora and two suspects arrested in connection with the firearm. The suspects were also found in possession of another pistol.

Justice Philomena Mwilu’sdriver was shot three times near Marsabit Plaza a few weeks ago. The driver had just dropped the judge at her Karen home and he was on his way to Kilimani.

Two men were arrested in Kawangware in connection with the shooting but were later released for lack of evidence.
