Former TJRC Chairman Bethwel Kiplagat is dead.
Kiplagat passed away, aged 81 while undergoing treatment at Nairobi Hospital.
Kiplagat is a former diplomat and he served as the chairman of the Truth, Justice and Reconciliation Commission (TJRC) from 2009 to 2010.
Kiplagat resigned from the commission to pave way for investigations on human rights abuse.
