There will be no more advertisement of the sex doll christened Samantha in media outlets, Kenyan Film and Classification Board (KFCB) has ruled.

KFCB boss Ezekiel Mutua on Saturday in Nyeri said having sex with Samantha is tantamount to necrophilia-having sex with a corpse.

“Anybody who dares to advertise those things will have KFCB to reckon with. Our mandate is on what Kenyans consume and advertising such things is immoral and wrong,” said Mutua according to Nairobi News.

He said Kenyans have a role to safeguard the lives of young children whom may pick up the assumption that a sex robot is the way of life.

“You cannot promote sex with a robot as a way of life. We must protect our children from such things. In my view, there is no difference between having sex with Samantha and having sex with a corpse.”

Mutua said KFCB will partner with other government agencies to stop the importation of the sex dolls.

Samantha has in the past few months been a hot subject on social media with many Kenyans satirizing the whole thing and putting their women on notice to either “shape up or ship out”.
