Renowned fashion designer, Victoria Beckham is in Kenya on an initiative aimed at teaching girls defensive skills through boxing.

Victoria is rolling out a project dubbed, box girls funded by an organization called Sport Relief.

According to Nairobi News, the aim of the project is to explore “how boxing for women can help make them feel more confident.”

Those eligible to the training are girls aged between 8 and 18 years old.

Her location however, remains unknown.

She shared several photos on her Instagram page and in one of them, she is seen in action throwing a punch.

In another, she keenly listens to a group of girls who are obviously awed by her presence in the country.

She captions the photo: “In Kenya meeting girls at #boxgirls project which is supported by @sportrelief x.”

This is her second visit to Kenya. Her first visit was in 2016 when she attended a Beyond Zero event in October as a special guest.

During the visit, she was accompanied by her son Beckham where they toured some parts of Kiambu County and slums in the city to attest to the use and working of ultra sound machines courtesy of UNAids.
