Video: Raila says they will not accept Supreme Court ruling against them- ”shauri yao” he says

After filing a petition with the Supreme Court of Kenya challenging the just concluded elections, opposition leader Raila Odinga is maintaining that they will not let go their victory regardless of what the court decides.

“This time round election thieves must let go as Kenyans are tired of oppressive leadership,” Said Raila.

He made it clear that there will be no accepting and moving on if the Supreme Court reaffirms Uhuru’s presidency, adding that the court must tell Kenyans the truth.

“But regardless of the court’s ruling, there is nothing like accept and move on this time round if the court rules against us,” Raila added.

Raila also called out international observers and urged them to stop praising election fraud calling it free and fair.

”We have gone to the court so that the truth can come out, but how the court rules, shauri yao, but we will not move on, we will not accept,” said the opposition leader.

Raila told the cheering youth not to let Musando down, adding that ”when we say enough is enough, enough is enough”.

He was speaking during the burial ceremony of IEBC ICT director Chris Musando in Lifunga, where he demanded that the judiciary brings to book those who mercilessly killed Musando.

Raila said that those who killed Musando are known and carrying out investigations is just hoodwinking Kenyans.

”The killers of Chris Musando are known, and why, is also known. There’s no need of carrying out investigations because you can not have a killer carrying out the investigation” Said Raila.

He went ahead to say that Musando was sacrificed to facilitate the rigging of elections.

“This is a nation of bandits where there is no value for life. But Kenyans must turn it into a nation of gentlemen and gentlewomen by saying no to Jubilee,” Raila said

In their petition, NASA’s flag bearer Raila Odinga, and his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka are listed as the petitioners. They want the fresh polls done in strict conformity with the Constitution and the Elections Act.

The duo also seeks to have Jubilee held culpable for committing election irregularities.
