NASA’s rebellion plan against Jubilee regime includes naming a ‘parallel Cabinet’ and calling for mass action in a move aimed at heightening civil disobedience.

The coalition’s principal Raila Odinga has been on a retreat since New Year at the coast where together with his strategists are devising the best modalities to cause upheaval within Jubilee regime.

According to the Standard, the plan will also name more companies that should be boycotted in their quest for electoral justice.

All these coupled together, will push the President Uhuru to the dialogue table since he has defied their call for dialogue.

Raila is expected to meet his other co-principals Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi to make final touches on the plans which are being steered by Dr David Ndii-and economist and head strategist in NASA coalition.

Raila’s “Cabinet” will be announced on Monday next week in Kakamega during a rally.

These are sentiments shared by his spokesperson Dennis Onyango who confirmed that there will be a rally next week but did not confirm if or not it will be in Kakamega.

“What you hear about Kakamega is tentative. The final decision will be made by the NASA steering committee. What I know is that he (Raila) will be back in Nairobi tomorrow (today) and will attend the burial of Prof Calestous Juma in Busia over the weekend,” said he as quoted by the Nairobian.

When Ndii was contacted for comment on their action plan, he said that “I will not leak any information to the media.  When we are ready to unveil any programme, we will do it in public. We will invite you as we always do.”
